Together, we keep everyday life moving to build a better tomorrow.\n\n## Your Role\n\nTo strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a dedicated and technically savvy Sales Representative (m/f/d) for the direct sale of our equipment in the Munich/Augsburg/Ulm region, starting as soon as possible. The position is based in a home office within the sales territory.\n\n### Your Responsibilities\n\nIn this position, you will be independently responsible for the support of direct customers and the targeted acquisition of new customers in your sales region.\n\n* Active sales of our products in the assigned sales territory\n* Support, advice, and development of existing customer relationships\n* Identification and targeted approach of potential new customers\n* Analysis of individual customer needs and creation of suitable offers\n* Negotiation of prices and delivery conditions within your authority and closing of sales orders\n* Monitoring of market and competitor developments and passing on relevant information to internal interfaces\n* Close cooperation with technical contact persons to ensure an optimal customer experience\n* Achievement of sales targets and regular reporting to sales management\n\n### Your Profile\n\n* Successfully completed vocational training or studies in a technical or commercial field\n* At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in sales, ideally in the field of load handling or capital goods\n* Strong technical understanding and ideally product knowledge in the area of HIAB\n* Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and negotiation skills\n* Entrepreneurial thinking and results- and customer-oriented way of working\n* High level of self-motivation and willingness to travel within the sales territory\n* Good German and English skills, both written and spoken\n\n### What We Offer\n\n* A responsible position in an internationally oriented company\n* Attractive remuneration package including a bonus model and a company car for private use\n* Individual training and development opportunities\n* Flexible working conditions, including home office within the sales territory\n* Modern work equipment and a collegial and supportive work environment\n\n## About Hiab (Global)\n\nHiab (Nasdaq Helsinki: HIAB) is a leading provider of smart and sustainable on road load-handling solutions, committed to delivering the best customer experience every day with the most engaged people and partners.
