Your Responsibilities

Management of real estate with a focus on residential properties, partly with commercial shares, as well as properties in the Kita & Health Care sector
Contact person for portfolio management and internal and external stakeholders
Management of service providers -- particularly commercial and technical property management
Identification of cost drivers and performance-reducing factors and development and implementation of sustainable property strategies for long-term value enhancement
Assumption of the client function for expansion and modernization measures
Creation of budgets, business plans, as well as reporting and controlling for the assigned portfolio
Ongoing property valuation (DCF), performance and profitability calculations, comparison of forecast and budget planning

We are looking for

Completed degree in business administration and/or commercial apprenticeship with additional qualification in real estate management (e.g. Fachwirt/Immobilienökonom)
Several years of professional experience in asset management, ideally with reference to residential real estate
High degree of entrepreneurial thinking and teamwork skills
Confident demeanor and negotiation skills
Very good MS Office skills (especially Word and Excel)
