About the Role

HIRIST is hiring Business Analytics Interns on behalf of a reputed IT client. This is a part-time, remote internship designed for individuals looking to apply business and data analysis skills in real-world scenarios. Interns will collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business data to identify trends and patterns.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support the development of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work on market research and competitor analysis.
• Use tools like Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms.
• Assist in solving business problems through data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of business frameworks and KPIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Familiarity with SQL for data querying and business reports.
• Experience working on academic or freelance projects involving business case studies or market research.
• Knowledge of Python or R for business modeling (optional).

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 months
• Hours: 15--20 hours/week
• Compensation: Paid internship (stipend provided)
• Completion: Certificate of internship provided upon successful completion
