About Us

We are the land managers of the state of Hessen, dealing with properties. Our company employs around 190 employees at three locations and is active throughout Hessen, particularly as a service provider for cities and municipalities in land development. We also work closely with the state of Hessen in areas such as nature conservation (Ökoagentur/Gewässermanagement), domain administration, and land management for infrastructure projects. Your Role

For the "Infrastructure Land Management" department, we are looking for a full-time, permanent Surveying Technician or Geomatics Technician (m/f/d) to join the "Properties" team at our Gießen location, starting as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities:

Support of land consolidation procedures
Conclusion of purchase, lease, and permit agreements
Preparation for property valuations
Participation in land registry separation and correction
Identification of land parcels for the application of mergers
Maintenance of the property database for managing property areas for road construction in Hessen
Identification and recording of areas, considering traffic safety

Your Profile:

Completed vocational training in the above-mentioned areas or comparable qualification
Knowledge in the use of property management software
Confident use of MS Office products, e.g., Excel and Word
Teamwork skills, high self-motivation, and a goal-oriented approach to work
Willingness to travel and a driver's license class B
Fluent German language skills (C1/C2 level)
