2nd Level Agent/Software Tester (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:

• Quality assurance within an international software project in the healthcare sector
• Planning, creation, and execution of test cases for new functions (integration, functional, and regression tests) with JIRA X-Ray
• Error reporting, tracking, and execution of retests in JIRA
• Technical support and assistance for the support team in 2nd-level support in close cooperation with development
• Documentation of processes and workflows in Confluence
• Contribution of constructive suggestions for improvement
• Performing manual database corrections during live operation

Requirements:

Must have:

• Experience in independent software testing processes and test execution
• Ability to understand complex processes and document them concisely
• Analytical thinking skills and high attention to detail
• Knowledge of MySQL, Kibana, and JIRA are advantageous
• ISTQB certification and experience with TestComplete are desirable
• Structured, independent, and responsible way of working
• Strong team skills
• Good English skills
