Your responsibilities:

• to develop new modules and study courses in those subjects in English
• to guide students to complete their projects and assignments successfully
• to teach modules focusing on International and Innovation Management, Practice Projects with Firms
• to support colleagues in scientific presentations and publications
• to strengthen the international profile of the university
• to support incoming students

Your profile:

• a master´s degree or PhD in Management, Leadership or Innovation
• experience as a lecturer or tutor at a university or a university of applied sciences or comparable institutions
• experience and interest in teaching topics like Innovation and International Management, Guiding Practice Projects
• experience in supervising bachelor and master theses and / or scientific or practice projects
• experience in handling international study programs
• intention to teach in Germany
