About this job

Your Tasks: In close coordination with project management, you will coordinate and manage the operational activities of the German >>Centre of Vocational Excellence<< (CoVE) within the framework of the international ERCULES consortium. You will conceptualize, develop, and test innovative artificial intelligence applications (especially Large Language Models) for B2B sales processes, such as intelligent prospecting, AI-supported negotiation training, and predictive sales analytics. You will develop modular training programs and curricula in close cooperation with various industry partners and pilot them in teaching and further education. You will conduct applied research in the field of digital transformation and AI application in sales and prepare the results for scientific publications and professional conferences. You will organize international dissemination events and workshops, prepare for and participate in international project meetings of the consortium. You will support project controlling and reporting to the EU Commission.

Your Profile: You have an above-average university degree (Master's or Diploma) qualifying for a doctorate in business administration, sales management, business informatics, or a comparable field. You possess sound expertise in B2B sales and a high affinity for digital technologies and AI applications. You are enthusiastic about working in an international environment and have very good English skills, both written and spoken. You have the motivation and professional suitability for further scientific qualification; conducting a doctoral project within the scope of the position is expressly expected and supported by our doctoral center DIWAG. You work in a self-organized, conscientious manner and are highly team-oriented.

The employment is for a fixed term until March 30, 2030. Remuneration is based on collective bargaining law (TV-L). Recognition of foreign educational qualifications requires proof of equivalence.
