In this role, you will take responsibility for the completeness and correctness of our employee and payroll data -- and ensure that our HR processes run smoothly and legally. This lays the foundation for clean processes today -- and the successful use of our talent pool tomorrow.\n\n### Responsibilities\n\n* Responsibility for the quality of employee and payroll data in the employee portal\n* Requesting, checking, and maintaining social security numbers, health insurance certificates, study certificates, tax IDs, bank, and ID data\n* Ensuring complete and correct data transfer to the payroll office\n* Creation and management of employment contracts (mini-jobs, short-term employment, temporary work)\n* Compliance with data protection regulations (DSGVO) throughout the entire HR process\n* Participation in the further development of our HR and People processes\n\nOptional (depending on development & interest):\n\n* Setup and maintenance of a structured talent pool (clusters, profiles, histories)\n* Co-design of standards and checklists for data quality and payroll\n* Participation in ERP optimizations\n* Development perspective up to management responsibility\n\n### Qualifications\n\n* Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree with a focus on personnel/administration\n* 2--4 years of professional experience in recruiting, HR/payroll, or personnel administration\n* Knowledge of contract law (mini-jobs, short-term employment), basic understanding of labor law\n* Confident use of digital tools (ERP, CRM, MS Office)\n* Structured, meticulous, and responsible way of working\n* Strong communication skills in dealing with employees, project managers, and external partners\n\n### Benefits\n\n* A 50% part-time position with 50% home office\n* Annual salary: €20,500--€22,500 gross p.a.
