On their behalf, we are looking for a Real Estate Manager (m/f/d) for their Nuremberg location for direct placement.
Your Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of strategic sales and divestment strategies
- Monitoring of the entire transaction process from preparation to closing
- Building and maintaining a strong network of potential buyers, investors, brokers, and banks
- Monitoring market trends and regulatory changes, as well as conducting valuations
- Preparation of decision documents for management and ongoing performance reporting
Your Qualifications:
- Completed studies in business administration, finance, real estate management, or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate management
- Sound knowledge of German tenancy and property law
- Analytical skills, a high affinity for numbers, and a structured approach to work
- Very good German skills and good English skills
