About the Role
For our client in Dresden, a renowned IT service provider, we are looking for you as a dedicated IT Service Desk Specialist (m/f/d) for First Level Support.
With a gross hourly wage of 15 EUR.

Your Responsibilities:
- Direct user contact in 1st Level Support for quick and solution-oriented processing of IT requests
- Acceptance and processing of tickets via various channels (phone, email, ticketing system) according to clear processes and with the support of tools such as solution databases and SOPs
- Support for IT users with hardware and software problems
- Performing password resets and user administration (duration max. 15 minutes per process)
- Participation in a planned, but not too frequent, on-call service
Your Qualifications:
- IT affinity and technical understanding, even if your experience comes from private or leisure activities
- For smooth processing, German language skills at least at B2 level and good English skills are required
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and sense of responsibility
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment
- Willingness to work in shifts and participate in on-call service
