Senior People Manager -- Learning & Development (m/w/d)

Your Role and Responsibilities

As part of our People Team, you will ensure the smooth running of all HR management processes and focus on their continuous development and improvement. Your core competencies are training and employee development, as well as the development of corporate and organizational culture.

General Responsibilities Include:

  • Evaluating individual and company-wide development needs
  • Creating and implementing individual and company-wide learning and development strategies and programs
  • Implementing various learning methods throughout the company (e.g., coaching, job shadowing, online training)
  • Designing and conducting workshops and other training sessions
  • Evaluating the success of development plans and supporting employees in making optimal use of learning opportunities
  • Supporting managers in developing their team members through career planning
  • Planning and implementing the continuous development of corporate culture and employee retention strategies to increase employee satisfaction and engagement
  • Acting as a Cultural Steward; collaborating with team members at all levels to foster a healthy, cooperative, fun, and fair workplace
  • Managing budgets and conducting contract negotiations
  • Constantly analyzing KPIs and deriving measures for improvement
  • Supporting the HR team in day-to-day operations as well as participating in and taking over individual HR projects

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an L&D Manager or similar
  • BSc/BA in Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience as a trainer or coach in the field of leadership development
  • Up-to-date knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Experience in project management and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; strong entrepreneurial thinking
  • Ability to build good relationships with employees and business partners
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and German
  • Team player mentality and high motivation
