About the Role

In our Defense division, we advise organizations in the defense and security industry, serving manufacturers, authorities, and suppliers. Our consulting focuses on functional expertise in Performance Management and Transformation, particularly in Strategy, Organization & Processes, Sales, Operations, Controlling & Finance, and IT.

Your Responsibilities

• Defense Consulting: Collaboratively develop customized solutions with clients, taking responsibility for specific modules within customer projects. This includes:
  • Strategy development and alignment
  • Optimization of business models
  • Digitalization of processes and functional areas
  • Revision of procurement and maintenance processes
  • Optimization of supply chain management and logistics
  • Product portfolio and program support in development and execution
  • Restructuring the control of the entire organization
  • Leverage your military and security-oriented perspective to ensure solutions meet user needs.
• Collaborative Growth: Contribute to overarching topics such as publications, development of new focus areas, and new tools, playing a vital role in our company's future.
• Experience Responsibility: Take ownership of sub-areas within diverse projects, including direct customer interaction.

Your Profile

• Subject Matter Expertise: Possess practical, study-integrated experience in management consulting or a comparable client-side role, ideally within the defense industry, or relevant experience from an officer career in the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr).
• Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and creative thinking, focusing on finding solutions. Proficient in English and German, with experience in standard Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Academic Background: Hold a completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
