Job Description

Your Responsibilities

In our Competence Center Operations, we advise our clients across various industries on all aspects of the organizational structure and processes of operational business. Our focus is primarily on establishing and sustainably anchoring business process management, as well as process optimization, digitalization, and automation for all operations functions – from supply chain management, purchasing, and production to sales. A key focus in process optimization/standardization for us is the practical implementation of the intended solution within the client's current or future IT landscape. For sustainable anchoring, we always consider the interplay of systems, processes, and the client's organization.

  • Shape the Future: In Operations Transformation, you will work with your team to develop tailor-made solution concepts and decision-making bases for the focus areas of Digital Transformation, Process Management, and ERP Business Transformation for and with our clients.
  • Grow Together. Achieve More: You will be at the forefront, contributing to cross-functional topics such as publications, the development of new subject areas, or new tools. This makes a significant contribution to our company's future.
  • Experience Responsibility: We will entrust you with responsibility for work packages within your projects. You will also maintain personal customer contact.

Your Profile

  • Team Player: Professional collaboration at eye level and open exchange of knowledge and experience are just as important to you as they are to us. You enjoy tackling challenges together. And last but not least: We have a sense of humor – do you?
  • Your Expertise: You have practical, study-related experience in management consulting or a comparable role on the client side, particularly in Operations. Ideally, you have initial experience with digital transformations and process management. These are the best prerequisites to get started with us.
  • Your Competencies: You think both analytically and creatively, focusing on finding solutions for all challenges. Confident English and German language skills are a matter of course for you, as is familiarity with common office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and the willingness to familiarize yourself with modern process management tools within our ecosystem of software partnerships.
  • Your Academic Background: With your completed studies in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable fields, you bring a broad theoretical knowledge base.
