Your Responsibilities

• (Part-time) Project Management (A-Z): You will be responsible for varied and demanding (part-time) projects focusing on strategy development, transformation, realignment, and optimization of business and management processes from conception to implementation.
• Banks and Financial Institutions: With your experience in the strategy and transformation of financial institutions, you will develop innovative and tailor-made solutions for and with our international clients.
• Shaping the Future: You are passionate about sustainable growth and will implement this together with our clients. Furthermore, you will develop our client relationships. Depending on your experience level, you will independently acquire projects and build new contacts.
• Taking Responsibility: Depending on your prior experience, we will trustingly place (initial) management responsibility within our teams in your hands.

Your Profile

• Team Player: Collaborative work, knowledge and experience exchange, and entrepreneurial freedom are as important to you as they are to us. You enjoy tackling challenges together. And last but not least: We have a sense of humor - do you?
• Your Expertise: You have several years of experience in business model development, organization, and/or banking operations – either from a consulting or client-side perspective.
• Your Competencies: You are well-versed in analytical methods, planning, decision-making, and moderation techniques. You communicate convincingly and to the point, in both German and English. You enjoy acquiring new projects/clients through your persuasive demeanor.
• Your Academic Background: Naturally, you bring broad theoretical knowledge with your completed degree.
