Your Responsibilities

In our Competence Center Strategy & Transformation, we advise our clients across industries on questions of strategy and innovation development, evaluation, and implementation. Key focus areas include strategy development and implementation, strategic positioning, business model design, innovation management, and transformation.

• (Part-time) Project Management (A-Z): You will be responsible for diverse and demanding (part-time) projects with a focus on strategy and transformation, from conception to implementation.
• Strategy: With your analytical and hypothesis-driven approach, you will break down complex issues, conduct independent analyses, and derive clear management recommendations to develop innovative and tailored strategies for and with our clients.
• Shaping the Future: You are passionate about sustainable growth and will implement this with our clients. Furthermore, you will develop our client relationships. Depending on your experience level, you will independently acquire projects and build new contacts.
• Taking Responsibility: Depending on your prior experience, we will entrust you with (initial) leadership responsibilities within our teams.

Your Profile

• Your Expertise: You have 3-6 years of relevant experience in strategy & transformation – either in consulting or on the client side (in-house consulting, corporate development/transformation).
• Your Competencies: You are well-versed in analysis methods, business case calculations, moderation techniques, and storytelling. You communicate convincingly and to the point, in both German and English. You enjoy acquiring new projects/clients through your persuasive demeanor.
• Your Academic Background: Naturally, you bring broad theoretical knowledge with your completed degree.
• Your Data Affinity: You are enthusiastic about data-driven work and the use of modern (AI) technologies.
