We foster their professional expertise as much as our team spirit and focus on long-term relationships.\n\nDue to our continuous growth, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) at the Cologne location, full-time or part-time, as soon as possible.\n\n### Your Responsibilities:\n\n* Preparation and execution of comprehensive payroll accounting: Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for correct and timely payroll processing (500+ employees) and will support the annual closing.\n* Contact with authorities and social security institutions: You handle interactions with authorities and offices with ease and also accompany official audits.\n* Data entry for payroll-relevant processes: You actively support your colleagues from other departments from the back office and help achieve set goals with skillful statistics or ad hoc analyses.\n* Support for colleagues: You are available to employees with advice and assistance for all payroll-related matters.\n\n### What You Bring:\n\n* Commercial apprenticeship: You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have further training in finance/payroll.\n* Professional experience: You have already gained experience in payroll accounting and look forward to deepening it.\n* Very good IT skills: You master standard programs effortlessly and ideally have experience with SP-Data.\n* Self-organization: Whether in the office or working from home, you always maintain an overview even with a high workload.\n* Teamwork and commitment: We are not a one-(wo)man show; we can only succeed as a team.\n\n### Our Offer:\n\nInstead of simply listing our benefits, we asked our colleagues: "What makes working at Howden Deutschland AG special?"
