What Awaits You:
- As the first point of contact for our customer inquiries, you will handle the corresponding correspondence with a friendly smile.
- You will organize sales and customer meetings, actively participate in them, and prepare follow-up actions.
- You will support new customer acquisition by finalizing documents and coordinating appointments and information between stakeholders.
- With our CRM tool, you will organize contract management and customer data, and design appealing offers together with our specialist departments.
- You will also enjoy independently maintaining our social media channels, in close cooperation with our social media representative.

Your Profile:
You are a good fit for us if you:
- ... have successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
- ... work in an organized, communicative, and structured manner, with your friendly demeanor being a real plus!
- ... have a positive way of communicating and very good English skills.
- ... have a talent for organizing things well and always keeping an overview.
- ... are proficient in using MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint (don't worry, we're happy to help you!).
