IT Project Coordinator

HT Labs is a technology-driven organization delivering innovative IT solutions across Europe. We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to support project delivery and ensure smooth coordination between technical teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of IT projects
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources
- Communicate with developers, stakeholders, and external partners
- Track project progress and prepare status reports
- Assist in risk identification and issue resolution
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with processes
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 1--3 years of experience in IT project coordination or similar role
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Trello
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in English; German language skills are preferred
