Your Tasks

• You will lead the electrical workshop, including planning, providing, and selecting the necessary internal and external specialist personnel for maintenance, troubleshooting, technical improvements, and servicing.
• You will actively support the implementation of investment and repair projects, as well as the integration of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in the area.
• You will lead, motivate, and develop our employees, ensuring the necessary professional training and further education.
• You will organize and manage daily operational planning according to current priorities and ensure the staffing of necessary on-call and emergency services.
• You will assume the tasks and responsibilities of a qualified electrical specialist in accordance with VDE 1000 Part 10.
• You will ensure the continuous technical operational readiness of the site's plants and machinery, taking into account legal and internal regulations regarding occupational safety, quality, hygiene, and environmental protection.
• You will organize effective spare parts management.

Your Profile

• You have completed training as an electrical electronics technician (or a comparable qualification).
• You can provide proof of successfully completed further training as a master craftsman/technician/engineer (m/f/d) in the electrical field.
• You meet the requirements for appointment as a responsible electrical specialist (vEfk).
• You possess very good technical knowledge and are familiar with current laws and regulations regarding occupational safety, explosion protection, and VDE regulations.
• You are familiar with internal regulations regarding occupational safety, hygiene, fire protection, and environmental protection.
• You impress with your leadership skills, pedagogical abilities, and social competence.
• You are proficient in common IT systems such as ERP system Oracle, Maintenance Management System, and MS Office applications.
• You work independently, reliably, and in a team-oriented manner. You are goal- and customer-oriented, possess the necessary communication skills, and have the required problem-solving competence.
• Good English language skills complete your profile.
• You are prepared to work outside regular working hours when necessary, within the scope of legal requirements.
