Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring efficient first-level IT support in order to solve IT problems quickly and reliably and to ensure users' ability to work
- Building and communicating IT knowledge and best practices
- Maintenance and further development of IT documentation, including technical systems, legal obligations and requirements from management systems
- Coordination and implementation of system-wide upgrades
- Quality assurance and test management - support in carrying out functional tests for new or modified applications and system updates
- Collaboration in the implementation of IT projects, especially in the area of implementing new software, migration or automation
- Preparation and organizational support for IT training courses or workshops for users
- Creation and maintenance of training materials
- Assistance with the documentation of solutions and best practices for internal IT support
- Temporary assumption of tasks in second-level support or in the support of certain applications, e.g. in the absence of senior colleagues
Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training as an IT clerk or IT systems clerk or comparable
- First practical experience in IT administration or IT support would be desirable
- Basic knowledge in the support and error analysis of IT systems, e.g. Windows clients, Office applications, networks
- Experience in user support (e.g. IT helpdesk, incident management) desirable, but not a prerequisite
- Basic knowledge of IT security, data protection (GDPR) and IT documentation is an advantage
- Interest in new technologies and motivation for professional development
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- You are a structured, independent and reliable person who enjoys working in a team
