MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

  • Degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • First experience in sales or key account management is a plus
  • Very good German and English skills (written & spoken)
  • Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Analytical mindset and top-notch presentation skills
  • Communication talent, openness, and team spirit
  • Initiative, organizational strength, and a passion for responsibility
  • Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and aftermarket
  • Intercultural communication is a part of your everyday work

Your tasks

You will take responsibility for our largest customer in Europe and actively shape the future of the automotive aftersales sector. In this exciting and diverse role, you are not just a point of contact but a true partner -- strategically, operationally, and creatively.

  • Own the sales strategy and budget for one of our key accounts -- Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis -- across Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, and Poland
  • Drive success in both German and English as you build strong partnerships and shape the future of automotive aftersales
  • Design and execute impactful sales and marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams, our distribution centers in Belgium, England, Sweden, Italy, Spain, and Hungary -- as well as with our European headquarters in Frankfurt and the global HQ in Korea
  • Plan and host events and customer meetings that make a difference
  • Represent our company at exclusive customer events
  • Develop creative initiatives to boost sales and strengthen customer loyalty
  • Prepare insightful reports, presentations, and market analyses
  • Act as the proactive, solution-oriented link between the customer and our organization
