Working Student (m/f/d) in IT Operations Management

ROLE PROFILE

Tasks/ Responsibilities

• Data Maintenance of user profiles and their attributes, access roles and entitlements
• Execution of service requests
• Creation of ad-hoc reports and data analyses
• Maintenance of User / Role owner documentation and training material

Requirements

• University Student (m/f/d) of computer science, business informatics or similar preferred
• Previous experience with SQL and Databases welcome, but no prerequisite
• Previous experience with Excel, MS Office and Power Query welcome, but no prerequisite
• Previous experience with managing identities and/or access roles and/or entitlement welcome, but no prerequisite
• Previous experience with managing data quality welcome, but no prerequisite
• Working hours: 16-20 per week (flexible setup)
• Start: Immediately, at least for one year (extension welcome)
