For our client at the Bremen location, we are looking for a Facility Manager (m/f/d).

What awaits you?

  • Contact person for internal customers on all matters of technical and infrastructural building management
  • Planning, calculation, tendering, and control of building services projects (new, conversion, and expansion construction)
  • Operation of technical systems, CAFM systems, and building control systems.
  • Warranty tracking, maintenance planning, and support for TÜV and expert examinations, as well as system and operational optimization
  • Control and support of required specialist companies
  • Processing of fault reports and service orders
  • Participation in energy management and environmental management

What do you bring?

  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
  • Knowledge of MS Office and confident use of supporting FM systems (CAD, FM software, building control technology)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Completed technical degree in electrical engineering or comparable
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Assertiveness towards external service providers
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Team and communication skills
