Responsibilities

  • Active co-design and further development of daily operations in a growing company
  • Close collaboration with management in the current growth and scaling phase
  • Responsibility for central operational processes related to customer communication, order, and appointment organization
  • Coordination and alignment with internal teams, photographers, and external partners
  • Identification of optimization potential and structured expansion of efficient, scalable processes
  • Proactive contribution of new perspectives, ideas, and solutions
  • Gradual assumption of management responsibility with a clear development perspective towards operational leadership

In the role of Operations Manager (m/f/d), you will join a growing company and gradually take responsibility for central operational processes. During the onboarding phase, the focus is on fully internalizing our processes, goals, values, and visions in order to understand the company in depth.

Building on this, you will work closely with management, actively shape processes, improve structures, and ensure efficiency, quality, and real customer benefit -- with the clear goal of eventually taking over operational leadership and implementing strategic initiatives that drive our scaling sustainably.

We are looking for a proactive personality with a desire to shape things: a highly motivated leadership talent who questions processes, develops solutions, and takes responsibility. In our current growth phase, you will support us in all essential operational areas -- from daily order processing and coordination of internal and external stakeholders to the further development of our structures.

The position is designed for the long term and offers clear development prospects up to a leading role in the operational area.

Qualifications

  • Completed business administration degree (at least Bachelor's) or a comparable qualification
  • No specific experience in photography/videography or media necessary: Through our website and our presence on social media, your interest and motivation for our business area and our specialization will be piqued
  • Strong leadership potential and the desire to take on responsibility in the long term, up to operational or entrepreneurial leadership
  • "Doer" mentality with high self-motivation, sense of responsibility, and a drive to shape things
  • Strong technical understanding and pronounced process thinking
  • ! High IT affinity: You work software-based, efficiently, and use modern tools specifically for managing and optimizing business processes
  • Willingness and ability to analyze existing processes, check them for efficiency, and develop them further in a structured manner, possibly re-establishing them
  • Deep understanding of change management, especially in the context of growth, scaling, and organizational development
  • Ideally, experience in or strong interest in supporting company building and sustainable growth
  • Good English skills
