Marketing & Communication Assistant Internship

Role of the Marketing & Communication Assistant Intern:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing & Communication Assistant Intern to help shape and refine our visual identity and branding strategy. This opportunity is ideal for students or recent graduates in marketing, communications, graphic design, branding, or a related field who are passionate about nonprofit impact and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and refinement of ImpactCircles' visual identity (logo, color schemes, typography, brand guidelines, etc.).
  • Contribute to building a comprehensive branding strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and vision.
  • Assist with website updates and social media content aligned with the new branding direction.
  • Create visual materials such as brochures, pitch decks, infographics, and campaign assets.
  • Help maintain a consistent tone of voice across communication channels.
  • (Optional) Support in preparing brand strategy presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Period:

  • At least 20 weeks (minimum of 10 hours per week); paid internships have different weekly commitments.

Location:

  • Remote

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Graphic Design, or related fields.
  • Good understanding of brand strategy, visual communication, and digital storytelling.
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma) is highly preferred.
  • Strong creative thinking skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team.
  • Portfolio of previous work is highly encouraged.

Important:

  • Paid internships are available ONLY to students enrolled at an EU university (outside Germany). There is no paid internship option for other applicants.
