Your Responsibilities as Regional Manager:

• Ensuring a appreciative leadership culture and regional networking
• Overall responsibility for the economic management, quality, and employee satisfaction of your facilities
• Interface between facilities and central specialist departments
• Identification of innovation, expansion, and growth potential
• Direct reporting line to the Regional Management

Your Profile as Regional Manager:

• Completed degree in business administration or health economics, or a completed apprenticeship with corresponding further qualifications (e.g., facility management)
• At least 5 years of management experience in facilities, preferably several nursing facilities, and in leading managers
• Several years of professional experience in the healthcare sector, ideally in the nursing field
• Sound knowledge in the regional management of facilities, including budget planning, controlling, and other management tasks
• Extensive expertise for the successful management of a facility, including nursing, personnel, quality, controlling, marketing, and public relations
