(Senior) Insights & Analytics Manager (all genders)

Location: Frankfurt/ Main

We're looking for a skilled and motivated (Senior) Web Analytics Specialist to help us elevate our clients' digital performance through smart data strategies and cutting-edge analytics solutions.

Your Tasks

• Act as the primary analytics point of contact for selected automotive clients, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong client relationships
• Manage analytics projects end-to-end, from briefing and scoping through analysis, interpretation, and presentation
• Conduct in-depth analyses across multiple data sources to answer client questions and support marketing, media, and business decisions
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks and establish tracking approaches for digital platforms, primarily using GA4 and Adobe Analytics
• Analyse website performance, digital journeys, and campaign outcomes, translating results into clear recommendations
• Use social listening tools to monitor online conversations and derive insights on customer sentiment, product perception, and market trends
• Create and deliver clear, compelling data visualisations using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
• Present findings and recommendations to clients, senior stakeholders, and internal teams in a clear and confident manner
• Collaborate closely with Strategy, Media, AdTech, Account teams, client counterparts, and external partners
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics best practices within the Insights & Analytics team

Your Profile

• A Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, statistics, computer science, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in a web or marketing analytics role, ideally in an agency or consulting environment
• Strong experience working with GA4; experience with Adobe Analytics is a strong plus
• Proven ability to manage analytics projects independently and deliver against deadlines
• Experience working with data visualisation and reporting tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical audiences
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills, comfortable working in an international environment
• A structured, curious, and pragmatic mindset, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency setting
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not a requirement
