INNOPAY is a consultancy firm part of Oliver Wyman and specialised in digital transactions since 2002. With our roots in payment innovation (e.g. co-creating iDEAL), we have gone from strength to strength into the domains of digital identity and data sharing. Today, our services cover the entire strategic, product development and operational spectrum of our clients' business. We work with them on their (new) business models, the technology they deploy, and the way they respond to local and international regulations. From our offices in Amsterdam and Frankfurt, together with Oliver Wyman, we serve organisations all over the world and shape their most transformative moments.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MANAGER that ticks the following boxes:

• Evidence of all-round personal development: excellent academic performance combined with e.g. international exchange programmes, internships, professional extra-curricular activities, etc;
• 5-8 years of work experience at a top tier consultancy firm in the domain of digital strategy development and/or execution;
• Profound experience and in-depth knowledge of -- as well as a strong interest in -- one or more of the following topics: Open Finance, ecosystem-based business models, data strategy and data exchange, APIs, customer journeys, product and service innovation, payment processes and technology, regulatory issues in data and payments (e.g. PSD2, GDPR);
• Proven leadership skills through the management of (project) teams;
• Commercially savvy with a relevant network in the DACH region, preferably consulting sales experience and an intrinsic motivation to further develop in this area to accelerate our growth in the DACH region;
• Genuine interest in exploring digitalisation topics in depth and keen to continuously challenge yourself and others;
• Flexibility and willingness to travel;
• Fluency in German and English is a must.

AS A MANAGER, you will:

• Support our clients in their digital transformation and the development of open, data-driven business models.
• Apply your thematic expertise and market knowledge, your methodological know-how and your creativity to find innovative and pragmatic solutions for our clients' challenges.
• Demonstrate absolute customer focus.
• Lead international project teams consisting of multiple consultants and take responsibility for coordinating and delivering client projects.
• Share your expertise internally with INNOPAY colleagues and contribute to new propositions or publications.
• Critically examine the latest commercial, regulatory and technological developments every day.
• Actively support and take ownership in the business development process for the German-speaking region as an important part of the DACH team.
