We are looking for a Digital Strategy Consultant (m/f/d) starting immediately, who will support our clients in their digital transformation -- from the analysis of the status quo to the implementation of sustainable strategies. You will combine business goals, technology, and change management to create measurable progress and real customer experiences.

As a Digital Strategy Consultant (m/f/d), you will work in our modern office in Sindelfingen and also have the opportunity to work from home several days a week.

Tätigkeiten

What tasks will you undertake as a Digital Strategy Consultant (m/f/d)?

• Development and implementation of holistic digital strategies -- from the analysis of digital maturity to the roadmap for sustainable transformation
• Consulting our clients on the modernization of systems and processes, especially in conjunction with modern CRM solutions such as HubSpot
• Derivation of concrete recommendations for action and quick wins to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction, and growth
• Support in change management, building digital competencies, and guiding teams through the transition
• Development of data strategies and automation concepts to intelligently link data and make it usable for better decisions

Anforderungen

What is required to be successful as a Digital Strategy Consultant (m/f/d)?

• Completed degree in business, marketing, digitalization, or comparable field
• Several years of experience in digital strategy consulting or transformation management
• Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and service processes as well as digitalization strategies
• Experience in the strategic support and conceptual evaluation of CRM architectures -- especially with regard to automation, workflows, and integrations.
• Knowledge of common CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Analytical and strategic thinking with a sense for practice-oriented solutions
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and enjoyment of teamwork
• Very good German and English skills

   Depending on the role, a short case study element or a discussion with one of our managing directors may follow -- for a deep insight into our strategy and vision.

5. Offer and Contract Conclusion

   If it works out for both sides, you will receive an offer promptly and we will discuss all the details together.
