We are looking for a passionate and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d) who ensures that our SAP software products not only meet but exceed the highest standards in functionality and quality. You have the opportunity to work 100% remotely within Germany, with occasional travel readiness for team events. Alternatively, our offices in Halle/Leipzig, Oldenburg, and Walldorf are always available for personal exchange and on-site collaboration.

Responsibilities

As a Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d) in our SAP development team, you will design, implement, and execute comprehensive test strategies for SAP software solutions. You will ensure product quality through automated and manual testing in complex SAP landscapes and work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle. Beyond your core QA responsibilities, you will drive the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methods. As a quality ambassador, you will share best practices, mentor colleagues, and help establish a strong quality culture within the company. Furthermore, you will contribute to the development of scalable test automation frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

You have proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d) or in a comparable role in SAP software development. You possess in-depth knowledge of SAP modules, integration points, and typical business processes. Practical experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as SAP TAO/TAF, Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, or similar is essential. You have a solid understanding of software development cycles and agile methodologies, combined with an analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a high degree of attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to share knowledge with colleagues are crucial. Experience with performance testing and security testing in SAP environments is advantageous.
