Responsibilities

  • Holistic Project Management: Independent planning, control, and monitoring of ERP projects based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central -- from the conception phase to successful project completion.
  • Ensuring Solution Quality: Responsibility for the quality of delivered customer solutions, including careful documentation for quality assurance and traceability of development tasks.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination: Leading and organizationally supporting project teams, as well as coordinating with relevant departments and external partners.
  • Customer Workshops & Process Analysis: Conducting workshops and in-depth analyses directly with the customer to gather, specify, and structure individual business processes.
  • Individual System Customization: Development and customization of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central according to customer-specific and industry-specific requirements.
  • User Documentation: Creation of practical manuals and guides to support end-users in daily system use.
  • Implementation & Training: Introduction of the ERP solution to the customer and training of key users and end-users for sustainable system utilization.
  • Go-Live & Support: Accompanying the go-live and subsequent consulting and support during live operation.
  • 2nd & 3rd Level Support: Supporting the support department with complex technical or functional questions.
  • Sales Support (Pre-Sales): Supporting sales with presentations and customer events through technical expertise and solution-oriented consulting.
  • Knowledge Exchange: Active participation in internal knowledge transfer through the exchange of experiences, best practices, and technical innovations.

Qualifications

  • Education & Qualification: You have a completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable IT qualification.
  • Experience: You already have several years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central environment (essential) -- ideally in project management or development.
  • Process Understanding: You understand business processes and can efficiently transfer customer-specific business processes into ERP systems.
  • Work Approach: You work responsibly, think entrepreneurially, and enjoy taking responsibility for projects and results.
  • Mobility: You are willing to travel for customer appointments within the DACH region.
  • Soft Skills: You are strong in communication, committed, and characterized by a structured, goal- and customer-oriented way of working.
  • Willingness to Learn: You enjoy further training, acquire new knowledge through self-study, and stay technically up-to-date.
  • Language Skills: You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
