Your Responsibilities

• With your professional experience, you will efficiently and solution-orientedly categorize, prioritize, and process incoming service requests.
• Analyze existing IT infrastructures and customer environments to identify optimization potential.
• Provide remote support to our customers and occasionally be on-site in Cologne (with prior notice).
• Process disruptions, change requests, and general inquiries with a high standard of quality.
• Create clear and practical documentation and instructions for colleagues and customers.
• Lead and manage IT projects from planning and implementation to successful handover, both internally and for our international clients.
• Ensure structured project communication, coordinate involved teams, and guarantee timely execution.
• Grow with us through new challenges, further development, and active team exchange.
• Utilize your creative freedom to contribute ideas and further develop our services and project processes.
• Work independently and structurally, taking responsibility for your tasks and projects.

Your Qualifications

• Solid knowledge and practical experience in administering Windows client/server environments and cloud systems.
• Strong skills in IT project management, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and successfully implement projects in a structured manner.
• A keen interest in technical topics and a desire to actively contribute to the development of our products and the strategic direction of INVENTRY.
• A strong hands-on mentality, a willingness to learn new topics, and a commitment to continuous self-improvement.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong customer orientation are among your strengths.
• Successfully completed training as a specialist in information technology (or a comparable qualification).
• A true team player who approaches new challenges with enthusiasm.
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
