Tasks
Your tasks
- You categorize, prioritize and process incoming service requests efficiently and solution-oriented
- You analyze existing IT infrastructures and customer environments to identify optimization potential
- You provide remote support to our customers and occasionally work on-site (after prior notice)
- You process malfunctions, change requests and general inquiries -- always with high quality standards
- You create understandable and practical documentation and instructions for colleagues and customers
- You lead and accompany IT projects -- from planning to implementation to successful handover -- both internally and with our international customers
- You ensure structured project communication, coordinate involved teams and ensure timely implementation
- You grow with us -- through new challenges, further development and active exchange in the team
- You use your creative freedom to contribute ideas and further develop our services and project processes
- You work independently, structured and take responsibility for your tasks and projects
Qualification
Your qualifications
- You have sound knowledge and practical experience in the administration of Windows client/server environments and cloud systems
- You have strong skills in IT project management and understand how to plan, coordinate and successfully implement projects in a structured manner
- You are not only interested in technical topics, but also want to actively contribute to the further development of our products and the strategic direction of INVENTRY
- You have a strong hands-on mentality, enjoy learning new topics and are constantly developing yourself
- Entrepreneurial thinking and strong customer orientation are among your strengths.
- You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist (or a comparable qualification)
- You are a real team player and approach new challenges with enthusiasm
- You have very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
