The Investitions- und Strukturbank Rheinland-Pfalz (ISB) is the development bank of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. Your Role: The Hub of EU Funding in Rhineland-Palatinate

Imagine being the central point of contact where ministries, IT systems, and projects converge. You will manage processes, ensure the smooth implementation of EU funding, and actively shape the future of the funding landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Central Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for EU funding, managing interactions between ministries, stakeholders, and processes.
  • IT System Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT system implementation, from conception to launch, ensuring seamless integration of all processes.
  • Process Documentation: Develop clear and understandable handbooks, work instructions, and test concepts based on complex requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews, testing, and manage release changes to ensure operational excellence.
  • Irregularity Management: Coordinate the handling of irregularity reports, organize on-site inspections, and ensure compliance.
  • Digital Records Management: Maintain organization and structure within the eGov-Suite and ensure the reliable functioning of the ITSM ticketing system.
  • Future Shaping: Actively participate in projects that define the future of the funding landscape, contributing your ideas and insights.

Your Profile:

  • Proactive & Organized: A responsible individual who excels at managing multiple priorities and maintaining an overview of complex situations.
  • Educational Background: Completed vocational training as an administrative specialist, legal or judicial assistant, or a comparable qualification.
  • Funding Experience: Proven experience in the funding sector, with the ability to translate complex EU regulations into clear operational procedures.
  • Legal Acumen: Strong understanding of public and administrative law.
  • Analytical & Precise: Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, the ability to identify patterns, anticipate issues, and structure complex information.
  • Communicative & Independent: Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to tackle challenges independently and with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Driving License: Valid Class B driver's license.
