Your Future Responsibilities
- The ongoing accounting for rental properties and homeowners' associations will be in your capable hands
- You will regularly check and remind about open items
- Incoming documents will be digitally archived by you
- Weekly, you will prepare payment runs using the specialized software SIDOMO and the cash management program
- You will initiate heating and water cost statements on the portals of the external service providers commissioned for this purpose
- As a result, you will create the annual statements for our homeowners' associations
- You will be valuable support for other team members in preparing the financial plans for the homeowners' associations
- Our tenants will receive the annual operating cost statement from you

Onboarding & Altitude
As a new member of the team, you naturally want to get up to speed quickly. To do this, you need to learn our software. In the first two weeks, your daily routine will consist of the following topics:
- Introduction to our software landscape and our way of working by one of our most experienced employees (your "Buddy").
- Enter your first bookings and manage statements independently.
After onboarding, you will book completely independently and also solve complex issues in real estate accounting without any problems.
You can surely answer many questions quickly with the help of the team. You can pass on more complex topics to more experienced colleagues or discuss them directly with management internally.
With each week, you will become more familiar with us and solve the tasks independently.
At the end of each day, you will ask yourself: Is it quitting time already?
