About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and ownership-driven Product Owner to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and platform users to ensure seamless product execution and delivery.
You will be responsible for managing product backlogs, prioritizing business needs, coordinating across multiple teams, and driving product adoption through effective stakeholder communication and agile execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable product requirements
- Prioritize requests based on business value, criticality, and time-to-market
- Define, manage, and continuously refine the product backlog
- Convert business requirements into clear user stories, features, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate alignment and coordination across multiple internal product and engineering teams
- Manage incoming requests through service portals by triaging, prioritizing, and routing tickets effectively
- Streamline request handling processes to reduce direct support dependency on development teams
- Work closely with engineering leads to refine stories and ensure delivery clarity
- Define, monitor, and improve SLAs for development and implementation teams
- Track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely execution of work items
- Drive transparency through proactive stakeholder communication and regular status updates
- Treat the platform as a product by defining capabilities, measuring adoption, and tracking user satisfaction
- Use Jira effectively for backlog management, sprint tracking, reporting, and delivery governance
- Foster a proactive, collaborative, and ownership-oriented culture within teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in Agile environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with backlog management and user story creation
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience using Jira or similar project management tools
- Excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-team dependencies effectively
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering business value
Good to Have
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with data concepts including Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, and Data Governance
- Experience working in data platform, analytics, or data engineering environments
- Exposure to platform product management and operational support workflows
- Understanding of SLA-driven delivery and support models
