IT Application Specialist / Anwendungsbetreuer (w|m|d)

START DATE: As soon as possible

DURATION: Permanent

WORKING HOURS: Full-time (37.5 hours/week) with flexible working hours

Job Description

As an IT Application Specialist / Anwendungsbetreuer (w|m|d) in our Berlin coffee factory, you can expect the following tasks, among others:

Process optimization and streamlining of operational processes using various software solutions (e.g., through automation)
Liaison between management and shop floor on IT issues
Independent implementation of small projects, e.g., in the areas of IoT, Cyber Security, etc.
Development, evaluation, and rollout of new software solutions
Conducting training sessions
Support with questions about the Microsoft Office 365 product range and first point of contact (w|m|d) for error analysis and troubleshooting
Ensuring global cyber security guidelines

Qualifications

For this role as IT Application Specialist (w|m|d), we are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Engineering, or a comparable degree
Several years of practical experience desirable
Good English skills, both written and spoken
Interest in IT projects
Strong communication skills
