IT Application Specialist / Anwendungsbetreuer (w|m|d)
START DATE: As soon as possible
DURATION: Permanent
WORKING HOURS: Full-time (37.5 hours/week) with flexible working hours
Job Description
As an IT Application Specialist / Anwendungsbetreuer (w|m|d) in our Berlin coffee factory, you can expect the following tasks, among others:
- Process optimization and streamlining of operational processes using various software solutions (e.g., through automation)
- Liaison between management and shop floor on IT issues
- Independent implementation of small projects, e.g., in the areas of IoT, Cyber Security, etc.
- Development, evaluation, and rollout of new software solutions
- Conducting training sessions
- Support with questions about the Microsoft Office 365 product range and first point of contact (w|m|d) for error analysis and troubleshooting
- Ensuring global cyber security guidelines
Qualifications
For this role as IT Application Specialist (w|m|d), we are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Engineering, or a comparable degree
- Several years of practical experience desirable
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Interest in IT projects
- Strong communication skills
