To expand the Neu-Isenburg location, we are looking for a

Sachbearbeiter Customer Service (m/w/d)

with the option of being taken on.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and updating of customer data.
  • Point of contact for private and commercial customers, business partners, and external institutions (via email, fax, mail, and telephone).
  • Processing of customer inquiries related to contracts and billing.
  • Collaboration with specialist departments such as trade partners, accounting, and accounts receivable to clarify customer cases.
  • Coordination and forwarding of incoming phone calls within the organization.
  • Processing and sending of ZB II documents to authorized bodies.
  • Participation in the improvement and optimization of internal processes in accordance with work guidelines.

Our Requirements:

  • Successfully completed commercial or comparable vocational training.
  • Professional experience in the commercial field.
  • Good subject-specific knowledge of MS Office.
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Customer and service-oriented work approach.
  • Hands-on mentality, conscientious and organized way of working.
