One of our companies is currently looking for a Head of Product Marketing in Europe.

We're looking for a strategic and creative product marketing leader to define and execute compelling positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies across a suite of digital commerce products. In this role, you'll shape how the platform is perceived in the market---translating technical capabilities into customer-centered stories that drive awareness, adoption, and growth. You will lead a cross-functional team that connects product development with brand storytelling and commercial success. The role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of narrative, strategy, and innovation in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

Accountabilities

• Develop and lead the product marketing strategy, including messaging, value propositions, and positioning across markets and buyer personas
• Craft compelling, customer-focused narratives and storytelling frameworks across touchpoints---from product launches to analyst communications
• Manage go-to-market planning for product releases, ensuring alignment across product, sales, and marketing teams
• Create impactful enablement materials for sales, partners, and analysts that effectively convey product value
• Conduct competitive, market, and customer analysis to support strategic positioning and messaging decisions
• Lead and grow the Product Marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, clarity, and accountability
• Own the content strategy for key website sections, integrating product messaging with brand voice

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced marketing qualifications are a plus
• Minimum 6 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 2 years in a strategic or leadership role
• Proven success developing messaging and storytelling for both technical and commercial audiences
• Experience launching B2B software products, ideally in SaaS, e-commerce, or platform-based environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to distill complexity into clarity
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a hands-on approach
• Deep understanding of customer needs and ability to translate them into meaningful product narratives
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus, but not required
