In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our global supply chain adheres to evolving regulations, including EUDR and CBAM. Your efforts will help reduce regulatory risk, enhance operational resilience, and promote ethical supply chain practices. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various regions to foster a culture focused on transparency and sustainability. Accountabilities

• Manage and continuously improve compliance projects and frameworks aligned with the latest regulatory requirements.
• Integrate technology-driven monitoring processes into compliance procedures.
• Support internal and external audits regarding implemented regulations.
• Drive change management and training for stakeholders to ensure awareness of new regulations.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Investigate compliance breaches and drive resolution efforts.
• Oversee preparation and submission of reports for regulatory compliance.
• Act as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders regarding compliance matters.
• Foster collaboration to address regulatory challenges and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Support the establishment of governance structures for regulatory compliance.
• Deliver digitalization and automation solutions for compliance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance with a focus on ESG.
• Experience with ESG reporting and monitoring/testing.
• Familiarity with compliance technology platforms and data analytics.
• Experience with S/4HANA and related modules.
• Strong understanding of global ESG frameworks and regulations.
• Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder programs and drive change.
• Project Management experience and certification.
• Effective communication and influence skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High standards for accuracy and ethical conduct.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
