  • You don't have to worry about a lot of paperwork during the next flu wave at the daycare center! We will compensate you for ten full days of childcare leave.
  • Want to chat with colleagues outside of work or just have a good time? Our regular regional and national employee events offer you the opportunity.

About Us

We are one of the most successful programs against youth unemployment nationwide. We connect young adults with difficult starting conditions to training and have been doing so since 2008.

25,000 young people have participated in our program, and with our support, 77 percent of them successfully transition into the working world, often after years of unemployment and lack of prospects.

Nearly 300 colleagues at over 30 locations nationwide, over 1,000 volunteer mentors, and more than 4,000 partner companies across Germany support us. We are now an important component for our partner companies in acquiring skilled workers. Want to know more about us? Then visit our website.
