About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support the management in the international expansion of the think tank. The plan is to adapt the products of the leading European future research institute for the English-speaking world and thus develop the institute into the world's largest future research institute.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate the central internationalization project hand-in-hand with our CEO – from analysis to successful implementation.
Develop strategies for international visibility, reach, and market development.
Lead sub-projects in translation, website, communication, and office setup, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
Undertake operational tasks in translation, product adaptation, website creation, email list building, market analysis, and partner/office setup.
Take responsibility for timelines, resources, and quality standards in international projects.
Prepare strategic decisions for management and support their implementation.

Requirements

Completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, International Management, or a comparable qualification, with plans for a Master's degree.
Excellent English skills (C2 level) and a strong feel for language.
Structured, strategic, and proactive work approach.
Proficient in using AI tools, CMS systems, and international communication platforms.
Enthusiasm for future topics, business growth, and international collaboration.
