We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual for our client, a continuously growing company in the field of external waterproofing.

Your Profile:

  • Completed degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable qualification with a focus on sales.
  • Initial experience in Key Account Management, preferably in the construction and construction supply industry.
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, self-motivation, performance drive, and willingness to travel.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Servicing and developing a fixed customer base through regular visits and building long-term business relationships.
  • Sales and revenue responsibility for key accounts, including negotiation and conclusion of framework agreements.
  • Developing customized strategies to expand market share and identify/realize new business opportunities.
  • Conducting market and competitor analyses to identify new potentials and relaying information to product management.
  • Proactively utilizing cross-selling and up-selling potentials within the customer base to achieve defined revenue targets.
  • Contributing to the implementation of targeted marketing initiatives to strengthen the loyalty of existing key accounts and increase brand presence.
