Your Responsibilities:

• Optimization and digitalization of law firm and client processes
• Support and further development of digital interfaces with clients and authorities
• Support in the use and integration of IT-supported systems and applications (e.g., DATEV, Unternehmen online, DMS)
• Advising law firm employees and clients on digital questions and the introduction of new tools
• Training and support for the law firm team in IT applications and digital workflows

Your Profile:

• You have completed the further training as a Specialist Assistant for Digitalization and IT (w/m/d) or have relevant professional experience
• You enjoy analyzing, structuring, and digitalizing processes
• You have an affinity for IT and ideally experience with DATEV programs
• You value team spirit and enjoy being part of an open, supportive community
