Just Eat Takeaway.com is better known in Germany as Lieferando. Our Account Management team based in Berlin is now looking for a Team Lead (m/f/d) who can take our Account Executives to the next level.

Dein Job

As a Team Lead in Account Management, you are responsible for our Account Executives (internal sales). You can expect an ultimate combination of employee leadership, consulting, sales, project management, and creativity. In your role, you challenge your team every day. You not only keep an eye on the performance indicators of your region to achieve the set goals but also individually support your team members.

Dein Profil

• You have about 2 years of experience in a leadership role (technical and disciplinary) and strong leadership skills – with your positive and convincing personality, it is easy for you to motivate and inspire others.
• You have completed vocational training or even a degree (business administration, management, nutritional science, or similar).
• You are goal-oriented and analytical and enjoy achieving and even exceeding ambitious sales targets with your team.
• You are an organizational talent, absolutely online-savvy, and very experienced in reporting. Ideally, you have already worked with Salesforce.
• You are a good role model, a true team player, known for your hands-on mentality, and support your colleagues wherever you can.
• You speak fluent or native German and English; other languages are a plus.
• You are open to changes in a dynamic market environment and enjoy leading your team safely and motivated through transformation phases.
