Data Quality Manager

Tasks

• Project objective: Development of an RBQM implementation strategy and optimization of the RBQM technology, processes and standards.
• Consulting and know-how transfer with the Department Leads in the development of the RBQM implementation strategy.
• End-to-end delivery of data management services for assigned studies or projects. Provide technical advice to CROs and other vendors to ensure high quality deliverables are delivered on time and within budget.
• Responsible for assigned study activities related to Data Management study set-up, conduct and close out.
• On-time, on-budget, and accurate completion of Data Management deliverables, including, but not limited to, the Data Management Plan, Database specifications, Database build, interim data cuts, Database lock and study archiving.
• Lead RBQM initiatives and bring in external industry knowledge to establish best practices and develop and implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Excellent English language skills.
• Strong knowledge of the concept of RBQM and also experience in the implementation of RBQM ideally as RBQM lead or similar.
• Good understanding of data integrity principles and GDPR strong technical skills in working with data received from CROs and other third-party vendors.
• Strong skills in continuous improvement, project management, change management, and risk management.
• Demonstrated expertise in study design conduct and execution.
• Extended knowledge and understanding of the principles, concepts, methods, and standards of Clinical Research.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in explaining in simple terms complex concepts.
