To strengthen our team, we are looking for three Area Sales Managers (w/m/d) immediately in full-time. Become a permanent member of our 4-person sales team and take responsibility in the sales territories of the West region - including Münster, Bielefeld, Paderborn / Wuppertal, Hagen, Dortmund, Meschede / Aachen, Solingen, Cologne, Siegen.
Your Responsibilities
- Support and advise our B2B existing customers in the West sales region -- with the goal of expanding existing KALO services in the core business of heating cost billing and identifying relevant modernization potentials in the area of heating optimization.
- Active new customer acquisition in the professional housing industry and sales-driven marketing of the entire KALO solution portfolio, including modern smart heating technologies.
- Systematic market and potential analysis as well as independent identification and qualification of new target customers, projects, and regional growth opportunities.
- Cross- and upselling across the entire product portfolio to achieve additional contract volumes and to demonstrate concrete efficiency, CO₂, and cost advantages for our customers.
- Closely coordinated collaboration with the operational KALO field sales organization to ensure seamless and customer-oriented implementation of installation processes, modernization projects, and product rollouts.
What You Bring
- Several years of B2B sales experience (minimum 5 years) with complex technical products or services -- ideally in the field of energy efficiency, IoT, or comparable solutions.
- Good knowledge of the housing industry or the energy sector -- alternatively, you are at home in an adjacent technical field and know how to quickly familiarize yourself with new industries.
- Clear communication and persuasive skills - You can explain even complex technical topics in a way that is understandable and exciting for every target group.
- A good feel for customers and business deals - You recognize cross- and upselling potentials and use them proactively -- with real consulting competence and joy in shared success.
- Technical affinity complemented by the willingness to familiarize yourself with topics such as digital heating systems, smart heating technologies, or hydraulic balancing.
- Strong solution orientation, initiative, and decisiveness complete your profile.
- Residency within the sales territories of Münster, Bielefeld, Paderborn, Wuppertal, Hagen, Dortmund, Meschede, Aachen, Solingen, Cologne, Siegen, to ensure fast response times and effective support and acquisition.
