In this role, you will take responsibility for our Instagram channels and create strong content, campaigns, and social media moments together with various teams.\n\nStart Date: 15.03.\n\n## Your Responsibilities:\n\n* You will manage the channel leadership for our main Instagram channel as well as the German Instagram account\n* You will be responsible for the analytics and performance reporting for campaigns and content, and create weekly internal analyses\n* You will define and brief content requirements for social media in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders\n* You will plan, accompany, and implement shootings and events -- from preparation to live coverage\n* You will provide professional leadership to our working student in social media and give creative input for the creation of stories, reels, and posts\n* You will work closely with the influencer marketing team and coordinate joint projects, campaigns, and content\n\n## Your Profile:\n\n* You have completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a comparable field, or have a comparable qualification\n* You have already gained initial relevant professional experience in social media or content management\n* You have a very communicative, creative, and detail-oriented way of working\n* You work in a structured manner and can coordinate multiple topics simultaneously\n* You are proficient in using Canva and the Instagram app\n* You have experience with social media analytics tools and performance evaluations\n* You have initial experience with video editing tools such as CapCut or comparable programs\n* You enjoy taking responsibility and leading a working student\n* You have fluent German and very good English skills\n\n## Your Benefits:\n\n* Flexible Working: Flexible hours and the option to work remotely two days a week\n* Workation: Want to explore the world?
