Responsibilities

• Written and telephone communication with international partners
• Maintenance, digitization, and archiving of project documents
• Master data maintenance and postings in the SAP system
• Support with organizational and administrative tasks
• Assistance with billing and financial activities

Qualifications

• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Confident use of SAP
• Routine in working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Structured, careful, and reliable way of working
