Tasks and Qualifications
Your Tasks
- You will handle the commercial processing of transport orders -- from order entry and dispatch to final invoicing.
- Incoming and outgoing transports will be handled by you nationally and internationally, including the creation of all relevant accompanying and customs documents.
- A significant focus is on freight invoicing: you will check invoices, book them in the system, and ensure correct invoicing to customers and partners.
- Offers will be calculated and created by you, orders will be placed and commercially tracked.
- You will be in close contact with customers, freight forwarders, carriers, and partner companies and will take over general office and administrative tasks as well as ongoing data maintenance.
Your Profile
- You have completed commercial training -- ideally with a focus on freight forwarding, logistics, or transport -- and have experience in the commercial processing of transport processes.
- Invoicing, invoice checking, and figures do not deter you; they are your domain.
- You work in a structured and meticulous manner and do not lose track even with multiple parallel processes.
- Working with ERP systems and MS Office is part of your daily routine.
- Communicating with various interfaces is easy for you because you work factually, clearly, and solution-orientedly -- both internally and externally.
- This is not purely light administrative work. Those who are good here understand both the operational logic of transports and the commercial consequences behind them. Precisely this combination makes the difference -- and is the reason why this role is crucial for a stable process.
